Head to Bluewater, NM for this exciting 5-mile trail adventure that kicks off from the canyon parking lot with a gentle 1-mile gravel road introduction before tackling over 500 feet of elevation gain rewarded by gorgeous views of the mountains and mesas. The course winds along established dirt roads with some rocky terrain, includes three aid stations along the way, and features a fresh out-and-back route designed for the race's special 5-year milestone celebration. After crossing the finish line, refuel at a complimentary fruit and beverage station, grab your medal and custom socks, and if you're up for it, enjoy an optional half-mile hike into the canyon for a cool-off swim in the mountain creek.
