Celebrate America's 250th birthday with us on Sunday, July 5th at this community-focused 5K and 1-mile walk/run event along the scenic Greater Allegany Trail in Frostburg, MD. The 5K kicks off at 9:00 am with the 1-mile option starting shortly after, featuring an out-and-back route with a gradual uphill followed by a downhill finish. Registration opens at 7:30 am ($25 adults/$20 kids preregistration, $30 day-of), and after the race you'll enjoy refreshments, giveaways, and awards at City Place, all while supporting Frostburg State University's Children Literature Center.
