Head to Glenn Dale, MD on May 16th for this year's Be You 5K Run/Walk, where Kingdom Girls, Inc. invites you to celebrate yourself while running or walking 5K along the beautiful WB&A Trail—whether you're going all-out for a personal best or having fun in your favorite costume. The event kicks off with packet pickup and a warm-up at 7:50am, with the race starting at 8:00am, and latecomers arriving after 8:20am are still welcome to join in (though they won't get an official finishing time). This is the 5th year for this nonprofit's signature event, which supports their mission of building up young girls through faith, confidence, and giving back to the community.
